James is currently studying a Diploma of I.T. Networking and a Certificate IV of Information Technology. He has also previously completed a Certificate III in Information Technology.
Whilst undertaking the above, James is also studying for a variety of vendor certifications to formalise and document his aquired knowledge.

Developing skills in information and communications technology, this course is designed to teach basic network management, how to implement system software changes, customise software for clients and use advanced features of computer applications as well as computer repair and how to conduct diagnostic tests. This course also develops communication skills, teaching how to provide advice to clients and how to apply Occupational Health and Safety principles in the workplace.

After hours when he isn’t studying, James works as the owner and operator of Handyman I.T. His afterhours computer repair company that specialises in all aspects of computer and network repair and maintenance.
